Pleasant
The hotel itself is lovely, and the rooftop bar and restaurant really make it stand out. However, after being woken three times during the night by noise from people outside, I wouldn’t recommend staying on the first floor or in a room facing the street. For me, there’s nothing worse than a poor night’s sleep
As above, a quieter room perhaps on a higher level.

The room was nice and clean.
The TV was too far from the bed so the remote didn't work properly.
The volume kept jumping to loud.
Breakfast took ages to come and when it did it wasn't the correct order.
The room can get too hot.

The hotel was excellent and very comfortable. The room was clean, the bed was very cozy, and the breakfast was delicious.
Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect during my stay.

Wonderful hotel, beautifully decorated with lots of personality, bang in the centre of Manchester but nice and quiet, rooms great, bed comfy, breakfast wonderful, staff freindly. Loved the views from restaurant and the bar, with its cute sunny terrace
