Location was perfect. Every member of staff was friendly and professional. Valet parking very handy. The bar was great with great views. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was incredible. Will stay again.

Very Comfortable clean spacious room. Dressing gown in room. Great small rooftop bar. Central to all bars restaurants , rail links, and entertainment venues. Good air conditioning. Staff welcoming

Main issue was overnight noise - the soundproofing didnt seem good enough so we were disturbed a number of times Also the arrival experience isnt great for such a large upmarket hotel Decor hasnt really changed since it was The Gotham

My jaw hit the ground when I walked into the inner sanctum, I have never seen a more beautiful hotel suite. I was amazed, which takes a lot for me. I have been to some wonderful places, none as wonderful!

We stayed in the Inner Sactum which was moody and dark and intentionally created space. It was awesome to be honest - we had a great stay. Comfy beds, loads of pillows.
My genuine only complaint is that in this room the projector for the media wall is above the bed, and the room was pitch black barring a bright blue light that was quite difficult to ignore because it was right above us.
