The location was perfect - the architecture of the surrounding buildings so beautiful and very handy to the main shopping area.

The only thing we didn’t like was the massive TV in the middle of our room. It would be better if it was retractable into the stand. It felt like a bit of an eyesore in such a beautiful room.

The entire staff were great, hospitable and overall generally nice. A happy staff speaks well for the hotel's management. Harry, the door bell and greeter went out of his way to give recommendations and make us feel welcome!

The staff were all friendly and efficient. Lovely comfortable beds in nice clean rooms. Would definitely stay there again.
The free of charge water in the room was from the taps, but luckily I had some bottled water with me.
