Stayed in the inner sanctum suite. Outstanding loved every minute. The guys on the concierge are super friendly and the lovely chap at breakfast which was gorgeous. Shout out to Talia in particular who made me and my little dog feel so special.
Club Brass was virtually empty but took ages to get a drink and asked for a pint colada but barman had no cream he said. It's a top class hotel. Very odd. Also I don't think the service charge upon check out should be applied. Extra 12 is alot

Decor was lovely and spotlessly clean .
Seemed odd the reception being on the 6th floor at the top . Our room was on the first floor so when checking out we had to go up to the 6th floor and then back down to ground . Never known this in a hotel before and I would say it’s the only thing that spoils it . As you walk in the reception is your first impression of the hotel so not being on ground level you don’t get the wow factor immediately.

Everything at this hotel was excellent especially Jason on concierge he made a special day extra special ,breakfast delivered to our room was excellent cleanliness was 5star there was absolutely nothing to fault

Been wanting to stay here since peaky blinders! Beautiful art deco building. There is renovation work going on outside but made aware before stay. The interior deco is quirky.
Room was spacious, funky & bed soooo comfy didnt want to get up.
Staff cheerful, polite & helpful work very hard seem to enjoy their job. This is my new Manchester hotel. Will be heading back to experience the roof top bar with a clockwork orange cocktail. Thank you for a memorable stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect
There was a function on which meant the bar area was greatly reduced. This actually meant that some residents were turned away as it was full.

Room was lovely! Tall ceilings with great art work details.
Bedroom there was still the remains of the previous persons toothpaste in the black glasses. Wouldn’t say this was a 5 star experience! Checkin was average, we visited the bar after we checked in. Witnessed a waiter have a go at the bar man, whilst having our food in his hands! Headed back to the lift no hello, good evening from the blonde receptionist she was slumped against the wall on her mobile texting! Just didn’t feel very welcoming from what you expect for nearly £200. This was a date night for us and it was just an average stay!
