The bathroom is complete with free toiletries, slippers and a bath or shower. Each of our 55 bedrooms and five Inner Sanctum Suites is a full-on sensory experience. Lovely room very spacious comfortable bed excellent bedding staff were lovely friendly and helpful the concierge parking was a bonus the rooftop terrace lovely for relaxing drink overlooking the city

Does offer feel like a 5 star hotel Pillows very hard on bed I emailed the hotel before and the responses and communication also did feel five star - they didn’t even get my name correct in their reply. I feel since the takeover from the Leonardo, it has lost its edge as being a top Manchester hotel.
