The hotel is in a great location and the rooftop bar is a great feature.
The decor is looking old and tired in need of a revamp to be classed as 5* city centre hotel.

Beautiful building that conjures up everything you'd expect from an art deco Batman style experience. Beautifully furnished, smells lovely, quiet and luxurious.
I was upgraded to an inner sanctum suite which was incredible. Spacious, huge tv, even bigger bed, gorgeous bathroom, it was stunning.

Glorious hotel! Superb interior design with an impressive exterior- it definitely suits the name Gotham.
Staff fantastic, from Valet to Cleaning staff- all very polite a d professional.
The Burgess - Junior Suite - was gorgeous! Best nights sleep we've had in ages.

We stayed last night and the staff were amazing and so helpful, nothing was ever too much. The car/parking staff, bar staff, receptionists, the rooms were spotless. We received a lovely personalised note to wish my boyfriend a happy birthday. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be 100% returning and recommending to our friends and family.
