As soon as we entered the building, we were greeted by the lovely face of Jason - who stood and had a proper chat with us, making us feel so welcome. The rooms had an amazing attention to detail, it was as if we were in a movie set! The beds and seating area were so comfortable, and the room was lovely and cool, with a fantastic AC! The bar was lovely, especially the outdoor seating area, the staff were very attentive. As soon as we left we said about coming back, because it was more than just a hotel to go back to at night - it was a whole experience. Another huge shout out to Jason - he was amazing!

Some staff were very good and decor was nice.
Some staff weren’t good, given inaccurate information on restaurant times, had to ask 4 times on separate occasions to get a receipt, ridiculous auto gratuity added to bill for general service (not for food or drink), which I have never heard of at any other hotel. I really don’t see how this is a 5 star hotel, it’s nice but really not what I expect when booking a luxury hotel and paying 5 star prices
