The set up of the hotel, bar ect where excellent as was the room.
The room got a little warm and the Air conditioner wasn’t as good as I’d of liked.

Room service was brilliant, room immaculate, helpful staff
we had been given off milk for our brews in the morning, however room service were straight on it for us and brought new mugs and hot water to the room.

Service at breakfast was the best….what a great team you have!
No bottled drinking water in the room.

The vibe and atmosphere in the Gotham is fabulous, I hope this won't be lost when it becomes the Rex. The staff are the difference in this hotel compared to other hotels, they have customer service on point
