Nice spacious room, well decorated and fitted. Fantastic shower, could have stayed in that all day long. Like Niagara falls. Only really used the hotel for sleeping and breakfast. The breakfast was OK, nothing special. The omelette had far too much cheese in it for my liking, and the bottom of the salt pot fell off when I picked it up, much to the amusement of the other diners and my colleagues. Personally, I'd prefer the cooked breakfast selection to be a buffet style as per the continental breakfast items, rather than a fixed menu.
The rather loud ambient music in the room was very confusing after rolling in from work at 2.30am. Eventually located it to the TV as the source, but the TV wasn't actually on in any detectable way. Switched it off and thankfully it stopped. Also, why stock a beer fridge with bottles, and no bottle opener? If there was a bottle opener, it was very well hidden. Gave up in the end.

Location, building exterior
Room size, art work, most of the staff seemed disinterested, for a hotel marketing themselves as 5 star. No toilet brush. Roof top bar not clean, Smokey and waited half an hour for service before leaving
