Shower door leaked. Water ran all over floor health and safety hazard. Claim waiting to happen!
We were upgraded but put onto room with significant red wine stain on floor. Also stain to left side of bed looked like sick. Struggled with not being able to see out of window felt claustrophobic. We did receive free breakfast due to wine stain.

Gorgeous hotel, great location
I wouldn’t recommend staying whilst the renovations are ongoing (the price needs to be dropped during this time), we were woken up by banging/hammering/drilling at 8.45 and it went on for hours. The builders were at work right near our room/window .

Early check in was great as we arrived 2 hours early staff are so friendly + helpful breakfast was good value for money lots of choice + also storing our luggage for us until our bus left at 2pm
Nothing not to like shops + bars abit mixed around so you need to know where you are going or easily get lost

Lovely room, very comfortable and clean. Location excellent for the city center. Slept really well.
they made a mistake with our breakfast and it was very late but they gave us extra and complimentary drinks and chocolates, the staff were very apologetic.

Really nice hotel room, especially the large bathroom, staff very accommodating and great location
Breakfast felt a little sub-par, cooked breakfast was 1 rash of bacon, 1 sausage, 2 eggs, tomato, mushroom, beans, black pudding and continental offering. For the price I'd expected 2 rashes / 2 sausages. In hindsight it would have been better to get breakfast outside of hotel.
