We phoned ahead to check what time our room would be ready. We were told 12:00 so caught an earlier train. On arrival the room wasn’t ready. Just a bit disappointing.

It was decorated nice
I was expecting a bit more from what I had been told, we went to the bar on the rooftop and waited ages to be served for a drink, then it took a while to come, carpet in our room has stains on

The whole experience was amazing. From the parking valet to the breakfast and the room. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the furniture added a nice touch all around the hotel.
The location was amazing, and we had an awesome view of the City of Manchester.
