The property is absolutely beautiful, the Christmas decor had the full wow factor. It’s in a great position, you have access to the best places Manchester has to offer. The quality of the rooms and attention to detail was brilliant. The restaurant/ breakfast area has stunning views and was so clean. And honestly, what really made our stay was the staff. The kindness and professionalism from them was second to none. We had our room upgraded and a lovely bottle of bubbly on the house, ( we’d had a nightmare getting to the hotel ) and was our first year anniversary. The staff from the front door throughout our stay to even after we’d left were amazing, breakfast staff were a lovely group of ladies. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.
The only two things we had noticed was what looked like orange make up all rubbed into the carpet in our room. And when it came to breakfast my partner received his toast after he’d finished. But they are minor things, and didn’t affect our stay.

Very well located and fairly priced for the quality of accommodation. The room has an unorthodox layout and is quite spacious which I appreciated.
The property lacked a fitness club and a few amenities were missing (toothpaste and still water) to truly make this a 5 star experience
