Beautiful hotel and all the staff we encountered were lovely but special mention for Bilal and Lola on reception who were warm, amiable and welcoming.
*Love the pillow menu (being able to have a memory foam pillow really made a difference)
*The biscuits, tea and coffee were appreciated and whilst we didn't use the mini bar it had a good selection
*The turn down service is a nice touch as well
*Great location
*Luggage storage available if needed
The only negative was the noise from the traffic through the night but it can't be helped in the city centre

The hotel was wonderful. Really clean, really comfortable, really different and full of wonderful little extra things that showed an enormous amount of thought had gone into making it a fabulous experience. I loved everything about staying here.

The breakfast was very good, breakfast staff very good and bar staff. Reception was okay no one helped with bags, for the amount of money it is the hotel needs to go the extra mile!
It was expensive for the room and valet parking is quite expensive. But all in all it was good needs some music in the bar area as not must atmosphere.

The hotel is styled to perfection, no expense spared on quality of the bathroom and rooms and hotel.
Only downside for me was the bed was on wheels and everytime you turned over in bed it moved.
Also could not work out how to use the coffee maker, i looked for instant coffee but was none.

The location and the exuberance of the room was magical ; the wonder wall is amazing and the bed is very comfortable ; the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The valet and welcoming staff at the entrance are particularly friendly ; the roof terrace is a lovely touch; ; had an amusing thought that the bar sign at night once a month shined into the sky would be a massive promotional touch
Just personal preference, but I didn’t like the breakfast; I am not a fan of hard streaky bacon and the sausage was over seasoned, maybe a choice of plain or Cumberland would be good ; but as I say that is definitely just personal as the presentation and quality is spot on; major dissatisfaction for me, I couldn’t sleep past 6.10 am x I was awoken by banging and knocking above , it continued all morning and really disturbed me meaning I could not drop off back to sleep; it was incredibly frustrating and I was very disappointed; I mentioned it to the reception and she mentioned the flight club was next door; but on reflection that wouldn’t have been open at 6 am onwards and it was from above so would have been the restaurant and reception area; maybe it would be better if the ceiling was sound proofed
